**Amy Allen** brings over 25 years of diverse experience, having worked in hospitals, emergency rooms, dialysis clinics, and nursing homes. As a caregiver at heart, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. With immense joy in her work, Amy draws inspiration daily from the resilience of the individuals and families she serves. For her, there is no greater reward than knowing she’s made a difference through emotional support and assistance with daily tasks.

**Heidi Coyer**, with 15 years of experience in the neurology field, specializes in movement disorders, behavior, sports medicine, and pain management. Over the past 3 years in home healthcare, she has focused on providing compassionate support to individuals facing challenges such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, and hospice needs. Heidi is committed to ensuring that individuals can remain in the comfort of their homes, surrounded by their loved ones, emphasizing the importance of creating a nurturing environment during life's most meaningful moments.
